we can build reports to meet your specific needs and
trigger them to be delivered to you by email at
frequencies specified by you.
Data Migration:
we can assist in the migration of your content and
records onto the Rights
Tracker platform from Excel, Access or other third party
systems.
Rights Management:
if you prefer not to operate the software
yourselves, you can farm out your rights management
through our partner companies who will handle all
aspects of rights trackering and reporting for you,
interpreting
existing and new contracts and encoding them
Training: we
provide authorised and approved training courses in
managing rights using Rights Tracker; once your staff
has
completed and passed the training course they will
receive official accreditation.
Digital Delivery & Video
Streaming: more and more content is being
delivered digitally, and we can provide cost-effective
services to host and deliver your content both as
preview streams or as digital files.
Escrow: we can
arrange to hold the source code of your application in
escrow so that you can be assured that you will always
have access to it.
